PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a part from which an optical connector is to be pulled out and also to allow a connection with an external equipment to be easily performed without hindrance. SOLUTION: Optical fiber cables 3 installed in the neighborhood of the surface of the ground of the outside are connected each other by the closure 4 drawn in a hand hole 1 or the like. In the lid 2 of the hand hole 2 or the like, a housing box 8 which is to be covered with a partial lid 6 is provided in a state in which it is not protruded upward. In this box 8, an optical cable 5 from the closure 4 is introduced and a cable 5a having a length equivalent to a needed drawing out length is housed and an optical connector 10 for an external connection is attached at the tip end of the cable 5a.
