PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily moldable bond magnet with high magnetic performance usable at a high temperature. SOLUTION: A composition is provided with a bridgeable organic material suitable for the manufacture of the bond magnet and the magnetic material particles of at least 50 volume %. In this case, the organic material is selected so as to turn viscosity at the time of extruding the organic material, by a capillary flow meter when it is in a liquid state to be less than 6000 poise at the shear rate of 1100/second, desirably less than 1000 poise. As the examples of the organic material, epoxy resin composed of epoxidated and oligomerized bisphenol A containing phenol-formaldehyde novolak as a hardener, the reaction product of hydroxyethyl methacrylate and isocyanate oligomer and a mixture with tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate, etc., are present. |
