PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve at early stage the complaint of a user in a portable telephone network by receiving the signal that has been sent from a place having a known performance parameter via an object portable telephone set, sending a signal to the object telephone set, controlling the operation of the network and performing one or plural tests to the telephone set. SOLUTION: A portable telephone user 10 having a complaint makes contact with a related store 12 to file a complaint about his portable telephone service. Then, the user 10 is instructed to bring his telephone set to the store 12. At the store 12, the tests which are characterized to an ideal telephone set are carried out for such factors as the signal intensity, access performance, fading, etc., via a test/measurement device that is built into a portable telephone base station. The test/measurement device may also be built into an existing portable telephone network device or included in a newly produced portable telephone network device. |
