PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain aqueous humor secreted from a corpus ciliare through a trabecular meshwork in a range of an iris cornea angle into a Schlemm's canal to be discharged through a subsequent natural discharge passage. SOLUTION: A Schlemm's canal 15 exposed at least at one position is swollen by a medium injected by an injection device, and in a range at a locally swollen part of the Schlemm's canal 15, a support member axially oriented to an inner wall to support the inner wall is introduced and disposed in such a way that aqueous humor can be continuously drained through a discharge passage in an eyeball after the Schlemm's canal 15.
