PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC chip inversion jig wherein an IC chip is quickly and easily inverted inside-out, without the possibility of introducing mis- operations by an operator. SOLUTION: A first chip tray table 5a, where a hip tray 100 on which an IC chip is placed, is set, and a second chip tray table 5b where a vacant chip tray 100 is set are hinged around a shaft 4 while opening/closing allowed each other, the second tray table 5b is rotated so as to close the first tray table 5a such that a vacant tray is overlapped with a tray where a tip is placed, and the first tray table 5a and the second tray table 5b are inverted while keeping their closed state, and a chip is transferred while being inverted inside out from a tray on the first tray table 5a side to that on the second tray table 5b side, so that the first tray table 5a is rotated so as to be open with respect to the second tip tray table 5b. |
