PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain carbonic acid gas concentration constant, and effectively utilize jetted carbonic acid gas. SOLUTION: A side surface of a carbonic acid gas generating tablet 10 is sealed with a seal member 11. The side surface does not get in contact with hot water, and carbonic acid gas is not generated, but contact parts of the carbonic acid gas generating tablet with water are both side surfaces only, so carbonic acid gas dissolved in hot water is kept constant, and that carbonic acid gas can be effectively utilized. |
