PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly reflect transmitted information by discriminating or correcting automatically on the occurrence of a contradiction in information contents. SOLUTION: In an electronic conference system that exchanges processing information with respect to a forum of a hierarchical structure and a message of a hierarchical structure included in each forum (hereinafter called 'object') registered in a database 12 by using a store exchange type communication system among plural sites separated geographically, the exchange information includes information to specify an object of a higher layer for an object being a processing object, and whether or not any contradiction is in existence in the received information is discriminated, based on the information to specify the object registered in the database 12 and the object of of the high-order layer included in the received information. Furthermore, in the case that it is discriminated that any contradiction is produced in the transmitted information, an object is acquired from a site of a transmission source, based on the received information to correct the object registered in the database 12. |
