PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a line management table form being turned into a lock state even when an obstacle from the outside part is generated. SOLUTION: A mobile station 11 is a communication station accumulated on a mobile object. A line controller 8 management controls line assignment. A radio relay controller 12 operates the radio relay of the mobile station 11 and the line controller 8. A line management memory 3 is provided with a line management table 4. The line management table 4 includes the data structure of a lock status 5, confirmation flag 6, and mobile station identification number 7. A resource managing part 1 processes by referring to the confirmation flags 6 of all the line management tables 4 of the line management memory 3 upon the time-out of the timer. The line controlling part 2 retrieves the line management memory 3 when a connection request signal has been received from the mobile station 11 through a radio relay controller 12, and operates the registration management of the mobile station identification number 7. |
