PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-reinforcing fiber for inhibiting discoloring by enhancing thermal stability at the time of thermoforming a reinforced thermoplastic resin molding and the reinforced molding in the fiber for enhancing a mechanical strength of the molding with high adhesive properties with thermoplastic resin and the reinforced molding using the fiber. SOLUTION: The resin-reinforcing fiber is manufactured by a surface treating thermoplastic polyester resin by a treating agent containing an antioxidant. The fiber and a thermoplatic resin are laminated, and heated to be integrated to a reinforced thermoplastic resin molding. And, the treated thermoplastic polyester resin has a softening point of 150 deg.C or higher. And, as the antioxidant of the treating agent, a hindered phenol antioxidant is used.
