<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the variations of the soldered quality of plugs soldered to the ends of communication cables due to the unstable states of the cables, when the plugs are soldered to the ends of the cables on the distribution frame of a telecommunication facility. SOLUTION: A communication cable 5 is held in a state, in which the cable 5 is put in a groove 1f formed on one surface of a holder block. A block 1 is attached to a distribution frame, by inserting an attaching sections 2a of attaching means 2 in the distribution frame and tightening the sections 2a with cross knobs 2b. In addition, a worker can support the working frame 3 of the attaching means 2 by own hand. Therefore, a plug 6 can be soldered to the end of the cable 5, while the cable 5 is maintained in a stable state, because the cable 5 is fixed to the distribution frame.</p> |
