The handle section of the cleaning tool is designed to fit inside the sealing flap (5) of the space surrounding the filling connection of the vehicle's fuel tank. Application elements (20,22-24) are located on the side face of the handle section for various uses around the vehicle. The handle fits into the pocket between the flap wall (6) and hinge support (8) by one corner (14), and fixes onto the flap frame (7) by the two other corners (16).
