FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involved preparation of mixture from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water. 65.8-% sugar syrup is introduced in it and mixture is cleaned on carbon battery. Filtrate of aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging of baking yeast is prepared, and in it lactose is aged for 20-30 min. Mixture is introduced in prepared vodka in finishing vessel at mixing till full dissolving of ingredients. Prepared vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: filtrate of aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging of baking yeast, 2-3; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 20-25; and vodka also has, kg/1000 dal: lactose, 0.1-0.3; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water, the balance.
