One key problem in the formulation of hair mascara is to give the user a feeling of having dry hair whilst at the same time maintaining residual moisture so that the hair can be easy to comb and to shape. This is achieved by adding a combination of wax with a melting point of at least 60 DEG C and a non-ionogenic synthetic polymer to said mascara. |
