FIELD: mechanical engineering; rescue appliances for humans and animals; self-rescuing of people at first, descending of construction workers. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with load suspending appliance in which flexible tape is laid passing in zigzag manner over brake rolls. Tape has friction surface and forms sections directed opposite to each other. Adhesion control acts in cross direction on these sections.
