FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining cervical mucus taken from patient at her 28-30 week of pregnancy to determine secretory IgA contents by applying radical immune diffusion method in gel and lysozyme activity. The value of sum of products of the parameters and coefficients being equal to -0.05 and +8.27 and constant being equal to - 2.21, greater than 1.02, respectively, compensated form of chronic fetoplacental insufficiency is to be predicted. The value of sum of products of the parameters and coefficients being equal to +0.26, +11.2 and constant being equal to -4.2, greater than 16.5 , respectively, subcompensated form of the disease is to be predicted. EFFECT: simplified method.
