Activated culture Bifidobacterium longum B-379 M of the third generation at amount 1-5% is used as an inoculum for nutrient media fermentation. For preparing the dried preparation as the dried ferment defatted or whole milk is used as nutrient medium and an inoculum is taken at amount 1-2%. For preparing the dried preparation as a bacterial concentrate on the basis of milk whey an inoculum is taken at amount 3-5%.
