FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, pharmaceutical, cosmetic industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of processing collagen-containing waste for collagen solutions preparing. Method of preparing collasol involves milling and washing out of collagen-containing raw. Then raw is subjected for chemical treatment in solution containing 10-100 g/l sodium hydroxide and 5-80 g/l hydrogen peroxide at ratio of these components in reaction mixture 2:1, not less, at 18-38 C and at liquid coefficient 2, not less. After chemical treatment raw is neutralized, the end product is washed out and dissolved in an organic acid. EFFECT: improved technology of collagen sol producing, enhanced quality. 3 tbl
