FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: phospholipoid food product is intended for use in dietetic and curing-prophylactic feeding of persons suffering with diseases of digestion organs. Food product includes vegetable refined oil and vegetable phospholipids produced in result of treating vegetable non-refined oil with water or water solution of electrolyte in alternating rotating magnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.30-0.35 T at field rotation frequency of 50 s . Then, in permanent electromagnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.60-0.80 T at flow speed of 3.5-5.0 m/s with operating hold during 10-15 min at temperature of 70-75 C. Phospholipid emulsion is then separated from oil in thin layer with thickness of 20-30 mm at speed of flow equal to 2.0-5.0 mm/s with subsequent drying in permanent magnetic field of magnetic induction equal to 0.60-0.80 T at flow speed of 0.5-2.0 m/s and drying of phospholipid emulsion at temperature of 65-70 C. Produced food product additionally contains CO<SB>2</SB> - extracts of common yarrow, officinalis marigold, and common matricary for pathogenetic effect on inflammatory processes.
