PURPOSE:To obtain the extracting bag which does not necessitate to open a bag body at the time of pouring an extract, can execute easily a pouring operation and can prepare the extract of a satisfactory quality by extracting an extracted material such as coffee, etc., without opening the upper end part of the bag body in which it is contained. CONSTITUTION:A bag body 2 is formed from a water passing filterable sheet material, and has a front face part 6 and a rear face part 7 opposed to each other. The front face part 6 and the rear face part 7 are stuck or continued in its bottom side and both the left and right side edges so as to form the bag body. Also, the bag body 2 contains an extracted material of a prescribed quantity, and thereafter, its upper end opening part 8 is sealed up tightly. An outside pocket member 3 is formed by the water passing filterable sheet material, placed on the outside of the lower half part of at least the front face part 6 of the bag body 2, and on the outside of the bag body, a pouring liquid packet 9 is formed. An extracting liquid poured to the pouring liquid pocket 9 transmits quickly through the front face part 6 of the bag body and goes into the inside of the bag body 2. Subsequently, an object 5 to be extracted, contained therein is extracted, and an extract passes through the outside pocket member 3 and the rear face part 7 of the bag body and flows down into a container. |
