PURPOSE:To miniaturize a metal reflector and provide an inexpensive active load matching device adaptable to domestic microwave oven. CONSTITUTION:In a waveguide 3 for guiding a microwave radiated from the antenna 2 of a microwave generating means 1 to a heating chamber 21, a metal reflector 5 having a rotating shaft inclined to the microwave advancing direction is provided, and the angle between the rotating disc and metal stub of the metal reflector 5 is equalized to the inclination of the rotating shaft, whereby the metal reflector 5 is miniaturized. Further, a control means 10 for controlling the rotating position of the metal reflector in conformation to food weight, food placing position, and cooking menu is provided, whereby the power efficiency of a magnetron is satisfactorily operated. |
