A weather barrier kit is provided comprising double-faced tape used to bond a fi lm to a window frame and a folded and rolled sheet of film having a stiffening band and strip of adhesive across the top. The provision of a stiffening band with adhesive thereon across the top of the film allows one to apply the film squarely, without stretching and without the need o f measuring beforehand.
