Road network data management system

摘要

The road network data management system uses an information center (200), receiving data for updating the stored road network data, via communication with a terminal device (100) installed in a vehicle. The transmission of data from the terminal device to the information center is based on the detected position of the vehicle, for identifying previously unrecorded roads. An Independent claim is also included for an onboard terminal device installed in a vehicle for providing the traffic data.
