GROUND MARKING METHOD AND MARKING TOOL FOR USE IN SUCH METHOD

A method of inlaying areas of different type into a ground surface is disclosed. The method comprises applying a layer of adhesive to a substrate of the ground surface, and applying a marking tool (1) to the layer of adhesive. The marking tool (1) has one or more dividing portions (3) defining one or more boundaries between areas of different type. Surface forming materials of different types are sequentially applied onto the adhesive in respective areas of different type, and the marking tool (1) is removed.
