摘要 <p>The invention concerns a digital device for elastic energy exchange system between a mechanical generator and receiver. For any device (whether extant or proposed), the energy (Eg) exchanged at input for each period (Tg) of the generator, and the energy (Er) exchanged at output for each period (Tr) of the receiver, independently tend, one to increase and the other to decrease its internal energy (Ei) (kinetic energy increased by acceleration and decreased by braking for the extant device, potential energy of elasticity increased by compression and decreased by expansion for the proposed device). The simultaneity of these two tendencies leads to the energy exchange Et = 1/2(aEg + BEr) and the storage of the energy Em = aEg - bEr during the period (T) of the device (transfer and storage by inertia for the extant device, by elasticity for the proposed device). The transmission ratios at the device input and output, a = T/Tg and b = T/Tr, are material in nature for the extant device (ratio of the number of teeth in a tooth gear) and software-dependent for the proposed device (ratio of frequency of status change in the actuators). The two devices fulfil the same function according to analogous processes but using different natural properties (inertia for the extant device and elasticity for the proposed device) and also different modes of managing the transmitted power ( of a material type for extant device, software-dependent for the proposed device). The power transmitted depends on the choice of two parameters (a, b), of a material type for the extant device and software-dependent for the proposed device, and four external constraints (Eg, Er, Tg, Tr) defined by the characteristics controlling the generator and the receiver. The novel device, complementary to the extant device, paves the way for novel design arrangements in the field of generators and receivers of circular or linear type using electric, thermal or hydraulic energy from the usual distribution networks.</p>
