The thole has outer (3) and inner rings (4) and the hole for receiving the pin is in the outer ring and the reception body (5) for the shaft is in the inner ring. Devices are provided for securing the shaft in the reception body. The inner ring is rotatably located in the outer ring around a first axis and around a second axis vertical to the first. The inner ring has an outer surface and the outer ring has an inner surface, the two surfaces being formed as part of a ball surface. The outer surface of the inner ring has a peripheral guide groove in which engages a pin on the inside of the outer ring.
