The control devices (5) are connected to each other by means of at least one data transmission line (18) with a field bus and are connected to at least one control centre so that communication between the control devices and an integrated module (7) of at least one control centre (1) occurs exclusively by means of a master-master system. At least two field buses (9, 10, 11) are provided. Said field buses form a common network managed by said control centre (1).
