Connection clamp attachment structure, e.g. for use in electrical connections in motor vehicle doors

The attachment structure has two fixing sections (13,14) attached to a plate (12) at a distance apart to apply a strip-shaped connection clamp of defined length to a surface of the plate. One end of the clamp is movable in a direction which intersects the plate. The first fixing section engages this end to hold the clamp on the plate. A second fixing section has a pair of claws (22) formed on the plate which can engage the near end of the clamp when it is pivoted about the first section. Limiting devices (15) limit longitudinal movement of the clamp.
