On the inlet of the motor fan (1) a drum is axially fixed, which after fitting in a vertical position has its outer end upwardly directed. On the drum a suction pipe is placed, which at the uppermost outer end is provided with a radial flattened extension piece which is positioned between the edge and the ring-shaped seat of the toilet basin. To the outlet (4) of the motor fan is fixed an outlet pipe in which a filter is fitted, preferably incorporating active carbon. The support stirrup of the motor fan comprises a ring (5) which has dimensions enabling it to be accurately fitted around the outer edge of the cylindrical body of the motor. To the ring in a radial direction a square arm (7,7') is fixed, a part of which runs vertically upwards and at its outer end is provided with a small horizontal plate in which is a hole, so that it can be fixed with one of the screw with which the ring-shaped seat is fixed to the toilet basin.
