<p>The invention concerns a method for making a microwave circuit 1) comprising several microwave subassemblies (A, C, F1, F2). Said microwave subassemblies (A, C, F1, F2) are produced on the same substrate (S), said substrate (S) being made locally inhomogeneous by incorporating inserts (I) with appropriate electrical characteristics in a matrix (MA), such that with each subassembly is associated a substrate zone having optimal dielectric characteristics for said subassembly. The method consists in preparing the inserts (I) and the matrix (MA) beforehand, and in incorporating said inserts (I) in the matrix (MA) by pressing. Said method solves the problem of interconnections and coupling between patterns and subassemblies. The invention is useful for miniaturisation, in particular for on-board and mobile telephone systems.</p> |
