The invention relates to a closeable case (1) for storing a plurality of cards, coin collections and similar objects having substantially the same dimensions. The inventive case has a bottom part (2) and a cover (3) which are pivotally connected along a common hinge axis (4) in addition to an insert which is joined to the bottom part (2) and the cover (3) and has a plurality of inner pockets (6) which are open in the direction of the hinge axis and which spread out when the bottom part (2) and the cover (3) are opened. Each inner pocket (6) has a front wall (7.1-7.13) and a rear wall (8.1 - 8.3) which are fan-folded in relation to each other and laterally connected to each other in pairs.
