The jib (3) of the crane is mounted in a horizontally disposed hollow section (7) on a pivot bearing (4) and has a 360 deg horizontal sweep. The upper edge of the hollow section limits the constructional height of the crane at the top, and the lower edge limits the constructional height of the jib at the bottom. The jib consists of a rolled section, and the hollow section is constructed as a rectangular tube slotted on the underside.
