When driving round corners with a sharp relaxation of the inside cornering wheels the wheels are blocked from extending a certain spring length so that a swaying movement is reduced. This blocking action is provided by shock absorbers (1,2,3,4,5) so that a closed fluid cushion is formed above the shock absorber piston (3) by a valve (8) so that the piston cannot move further outwards.
