Mobile radio terminal with transceiver and processing units

The terminal includes an antenna which has two states (ANT). In the first antenna state the mobile radio terminal (MFE) is not able to transmit voice data. In the second state the mobile radio terminal is able to transmit voice data (nut). The change of antenna state releases procedures which are responsible for the change of the transmission states. Preferably, the change of antenna state is determined using a detector (DM). Information of the change of state is transmitted to a processing unit which releases signalling procedures.
