Incoming hydraulic pipe for abrasive bulk solids has longer thickened interface

A hydraulic conveyor tube (1) moves abrasive bulk solids goods. The interface zones between two sections of pipe (3) are thickened. The length of the thickened section on the incoming pipe is longer than the thickened section (15) on the outgoing section. The overall width of the thickened interface zone (9,15) including the separating gap is the same as that of the internationally standardized joining ring (18) including the seal (19).
