The invention relates to copolymers used to produce pharmaceutical compositions, wherein said copolymers are made up of monomer base units A1,A2,A3 amounting to 100 wt. %, whereby a1: 5-97 wt. % is made up of monofunctional unit A1 of general formula (II) where R<1>-R<6> mean independently of each other hydrogen, C1-12-alkyl, C2-12-alkenyl, C4-8-cycloalkyl, C6-C12-aryl, or R<1> and R<2>, R<3> and R<4>, R<5> and R<6> mean independently from each other and together C3-7-alkylene, which can be interrupted by -O-, -NH- or -N(C1-4-alkyl)-, Z = NH, N(C1-20-alkyl), CH2 or CH(C1-20-alkyl), X means straight chain or branched C1-30-alkylene, whereby one or several hydrogen atoms can be replaced by halogen which can be interrupted by 1-3 indirectly juxtaposed radicals -O-, -S-, -COO-, -O-CO-, -NH-, -NR<7>-, -NH-CO-, -NR<7>-CO-, -CO-NR<7>-, -CO-NH-, -NH-CO-NH-, -O-CO-NH-, -NH-CO-O-, -N<+>R<7>R<8>-B<->, -P<+>R<7>R<8>R<9>R<9a>-B<->, with R<7>-R<9a> independently from each other C1-6-alkyl, -C &cir& C- or -CH=CH-, phenylene, cyclohexylene, cyclopentylene, which can be substituted, B<-> represents the anion of an acid, -Y- is a single bond, -O-, -COO-, -O-CO-, -NH-CO-, -CO-NR<7>-, -CO-NH-, -NR<7>-CO-, -NH-CO-NH-, -O-CO-NH-, -NH-, NR<7>- with R<7> C1-16-alkyl or phenylene, cyclohexylene, cyclopentylene which can be substituted, R<10>= hydrogen or C1-4-alkyl; a2: 0-95 wt. % difunctional base units A2 with a structure similar to A1 and a3: 0-92 wt. % of one or several copolymerisable base units A3. |
