The present invention relates to the production of a new breakfast cereal from paximadia (traditional Greek twice-baked bread) or other similar products and foodstuffs, and to their use as an ingredient for nutrition products, for the purpose of improving the flavor and facilitating the edibility of the final product-mixture, while at the same time retaining all nutritional and wholesome properties and qualities of the mixed ingredients. |
