Converter of electrostatic energy into usable electrical energy. It consists of various bodies treated electromagnetically, a non-magnetisable container casing and regulating electronic equipment. By means of an abrupt half-turn, the equipment unbalances an electrostatic field in its interior, obtaining a pulse which causes semi-excitation in the bodies, which actuates a laser diode the light from which is incident on a faceted body, which sends it in multiple directions within the enclosure, rebounding an infinity of times, generating, by the said action, a current at its periphery which is channelled to high-voltage equipment. In its turn, the variable magnetic field is incident on two coils from which the electricity is extracted to the outside.
