PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower diffused resistance so as to facilitate molding, and to bring down the resistance of an electrode by having a phenol resin carbide, a self- combustive substance and a conductive substance. SOLUTION: After polyvinylidene chloride resin has been carbonized at 180 to 600 deg.C, it is pulverized and carbon powder is obtained. Then, the carbon powder is dipped into a phenol resin aqueous solution in such a manner that the phenol becomes 3.0 to 12.5 wt.% with respect to the carbon powder when converted into solid component, the carbon powder is mixed, dried up and pulverized again. Then, tin chloride is put in a dilute hydrochloride acid solution, agitated, and Sn is maintained on the carbon powder. Subsequently, palladium chloride is dipped into the solution of diluted hydrochloride acid, Sn as carbon powder is replaced with Pd, and Pd is maintained as carbon powder. Subsequently, 0.5 to 30.0 wt.% pulverized polyester resin of a self-combustive substance is added, and after the material has been mixed and pulverized, it is filled in a carbon mold, and after molding it under pressure, it is sintered at 600 to 950 deg.C and an electrode 2 is obtained. |
