PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the user friendliness by improving the user interface of the code image recording device which is enabled to print and record a voice inputted through a microphone, etc., on a specific printing medium as an optically readable code image and output the input voice by a voice output means such as a speaker. SOLUTION: An input data rest arithmetic part 58 finds the difference between the cumulative number of compressed and encoded frames counted by a voice frame cumulative counting part 70 and the preset amount of data which can be inputted by a minus arithmetic part 72 and a rest frame number display unit conversion part 74 normalizes it to match the number of LEDs of a data amount display part 28. A data amount display driving part 60 turns on all of the five LEDs at the start of voice input according to the output of the input data rest arithmetic part 58 and decreases the LEDs by one from the left side each time an amount of data corresponding to 1/5 as much as the amount of data which can be inputted is inputted. |
