PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient power transmission and information communication or the like with high quality in a reader/writer and an IC card where power is transmitted by a power transmission antenna and information is communicated by using an information communication antenna. SOLUTION: For example, in a reader/writer 2, a power transmission antenna 13 and an information communication antenna 14 are placed on the same plane and both the antennas are placed while axial lines s, t of coils of both the antennas 13, 14 are set orthogonally to each other so as to prevent interference resulting from electromagnetic coupling between both the antennas. Furthermore, a coil of the information communication antenna 14 is divided into plural segments 14a, 14b and they are arranged so that a voltage induced in the segment 14a interlinked with a magnetic flux of external noise is cancelled with a voltage induced in the other segment 14b to reduce the effect on the information communication antenna 14 due to the magnetic flux of external noise. |
