PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a circuit component from a damages by a method, wherein the vibration characteristics of the circuit component and the vibration characteristics of a vibration unit which generates a driving wave by applying an alternating signal to an electro-mechanical energy transducer provided on an elastic unit are so predetermined as not to effect upon each other. SOLUTION: A vibration-type motor which is a vibrating-type driver has a lens 18, a light-emitting chip 19, a bonding wire 20, a submount 21, a base 22 and output pins 23. The wire bonding of a light-emitting/receiving device unit 16 is extended. By changing the length of the bonding wire 20 for reducing the vibrational frequency of the wire, the vibrational frequency of the vibration- type motor and the vibrational frequency of the wire can be separated from each other. Therefore, even if the motor could be driven, the wire will not vibrate, so that the wire is not damaged through vibrations. In order to shift the vibrational frequency, the diameter of the wire may be changed, or the vibrational frequency may be shifted to a higher frequency side. |
