<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture it economically in a short process by pre- cutting off card base material to a used size, providing a magnetic recording layer on the whole front/back surfaces of the card base material, preparing a white card provided with a shield layer on the magnetic recording layer and printing a pattern on the white card. SOLUTION: The magnetic layer 3 are provided on both surfaces of the card base material 2 pre-cut off to the used size, and the white card provided with the shield layers 4 on the magnetic recording layers 3 is prepared. Further, decorative layers 5 such as a character, the pattern, etc., are provided on the shield layers 4 at need, and protection layers 6 for protecting the decorative layers 5 are provided on the most surfaces. Thus, since the method preparing the white card is adopted, the time from an order to delivery is greatly reduced, and further, since temporary sticking, pressing, punching processes of an oversheet and a magnetic tape are omitted, productivity is improved greatly.</p> |
