<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupying space occupying the inside of a housing by adhesively attaching an acoustic emission(AE) sensor capable of detecting elastic wave the housing generates to a wall surface within the housing in advance and allowing a signal processor to generate an alarm so as to realize an inexpensive and small burglar alarming device. SOLUTION: The AE sensor 1 is adhesively attached to the inner wall of a metallic housing 9 and an output signal from the sensor 1 is transmitted to the signal processor 8 through a signal cable 2. The sensor 1 detects the elastic wave propagated from the wall surface of the housing 9 and converts it to an electric signal and this electric signal is inputted to the processor 8 through the signal wire 2, signal-processed to be a digital signal and outputted from a digital output circuit 6 through the signal cable 7. As an alarming bell, etc., is installed at the installing place of the housing 9, the digital signal from the processor 8 is inputted through the cable 7 to generate an alarm. In addition, the alarm is reported to a manned monitoring place, etc., through a communication means.</p> |
