PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel method allowed to be used also for usages in a severe environment such as usage for a vehicle and a meter and capable of improving the reliability of conduction between a terminal part transparent electrode and a clip pin, and its manufacturing. SOLUTION: In the case of engaging a clip pin 4 with a terminal part transparent electrode on the liquid crystal panel, a resin material of a low viscosity of 5,000 to 20,000 cps is used for a conducting agent 5 for conducting a terminal part 3 to the pin 4, and after applying the agent 5, the pin 4 is engaged without drying and curing agent 5 so that a contact area between the transparent electrode and the pin 4 is at least >=4.0×10<-3> cm<2> .
