<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger for electric cars whose occupied space is smaller, by fitting a circuit breaker and a charging connector in a efficiently housed way. SOLUTION: In the upper part of a cylindrical pole 1, a circuit breaker fitting base 6 fitted with a circuit breaker is housed. Besides, a lid member 5 is covered on the upper surface of the pole 1. To the terminal block 7 provided on the circuit breaker fitting base 6, a power supply line and a cable 9 are connected. And the cable 9 is drawn out from the pole 1, and a charging connector 4 to be coupled to a connector provided in an electric car is connected to one end of the cable 9. The charging connector 4 is held in a freely attachable and detachable way by a connector housing part 3 provided on the peripheral surface of the pole 1. Accordingly, it becomes possible to arrange the circuit breaker and the charging connector 4 by using the pole 1, and circuit breaker and the charging connector 4 are housed in an efficient way.</p> |
