PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve regulation on the degree of freedom on operation and the degree of freedom on design without increasing power consumption by permitting an optical control part selected in accordance with the posture of a part in a main body part to execute a communication operation. SOLUTION: The optical control parts 18A and 18B are provided for the two faces which are orthogonal in a display part side part in a main body part. A posture detection part 19 detects the posture of the display part side part. A control unit 30 supplies a selection control signal SC to a light emitting part selection control part 35 and a light reception part selection control part 36 in response to detection output signal SP from the part 19. The light emitting part selection control part 35 selects the light emitting parts 41A and 41B in the optical control parts 18A and 18B and supplies transmission data DT to the selected part. The light receiving part selection control part 36 selects light receiving parts 42A and 42B in the optical control parts 18A and 18B and takes in light detection output data DR from the selected part. |
