PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying device provided with a function to automatically discriminate and set a copying condition in accordance with a document to be copied. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a scanner part 2 reading the image of the document D, an information recognizing part 3 extracting and recognizing bar code information 10 added to the specified point of the document D out of image data, a storing part 4 registering the various kinds of the copying conditions such as the number of copies, magnification or the like, a copying condition setting part 5 accessing the copying condition corresponding to the recognized result of the bar code information from the storing part 4 and setting it as the copying condition of the document D and an image outputting part 6 outputting a copied image by the copying condition set. The copying condition of the document D is automatically set only by reading out the document D to which the bar code information 10 of the copying condition is added, so that a user is released from troublesomeness to select the copying condition each time of copying. Also, the erroneous input of the copying condition by the user is solved. |
