PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the calculating method for a sale planned quantity or production planned quantity matching an article of a kind changing large in the period from the order reception to the sale of the article according to the sales of the article and the load and restrictions on the production factory. SOLUTION: The stock result is divided into an assigned stock result for determined customers and an unassigned stock result for no determined customer and stored. Here, assigned stock quantity/stock quantity = stock assignment rate, quantity sold in a specific period as to unassigned stock/unassigned stock quantity = unassigned stock next-period sale ratio, and quantity assigned in specific period as to production quantity/production quantity = production assignable rate. Then the stock assignment ratio in a specific future period, the unassigned stock next-period sale ratio, and the order-received assignable rate are predicted on the basis of the stock assignment ratio in some past period to the specific future period, the unassigned stock next-period sale rate, and the production assignable rate, and the predicted rate is used to calculate the sale planned quantity of the article in the specific future period. |
