PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit incorporated with a digital DLL(delay-locked-loop) circuit which is strong against a power source noise and which has wide operating frequencies. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor integrated circuit incorporated with the digital DLL circuit, the DLL circuit is provided with a delay element 11 which is constituted of one unit element or plural pieces of cascaded unit elements and which delays the clock signal being in the inside of the integrated circuit and a register circuit 12 for storing delay time control data for control the delay time of the delay element and performs a control so that the output signal of the delay element 11 synchronizes to the input of an external clock signal by controlling the delay time of the element 11. |
