PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconsider the using manner of apparatuses by recording information on a using actual state transmitted from a apparatus and comparing and diagnosing past and present information so as to inform a user of the fluctuation of his/her using manner of the apparatus. SOLUTION: There are electric apparatuses such as a hot-water supplying device 1, a microwave oven 2, an air conditioner 3, a washing and drying machine 4, an electric carpet 5, a heated toilet seat and washing toilet 6, a refrigerator 7 and an information tabulation device 8 collecting using actual state information from the apparatuses. This device 8 collects and records actual using state information on the using time, using frequency, operation contents, power consuming quantity, etc., of each apparatus 1 to 7. The device 1, etc., measures using time by a clock provided for itself and transmit a signal reporting the operation contents and a using period at the time to the device 8 at the time of finishing using. The device 8 records this and diagnoses it by each apparatus and each time to give information useful for a user. Namely, past information and present information are compared and diagnosed to give application on the apparatuses. |
